101 modeling agent Robert Moran will not be charged in the alleged rape of performer Lilith Grace in a Las Vegas hotel suite earlier this month.

Grace told PornCrush that a detective with the Las Vegas Police Department has informed her that Moran admitted to having intercourse with her at the Flamingo Hotel on Feb. 5. But Moran claimed the sex was consensual and that Grace never uttered the word “no” or “stop.”

Grace said the detective told her the conflicting stories created “he said, she said” situation and that, although Grace may have indeed been raped, it would be difficult to prove in court. For that reason, the case was not forwarded to the district attorney.

“I literally said ‘no’ over and over and over again,” Grace told PornCrush Monday. “And as I’ve said many times, we established before we ever got to the room that we were going to sleep in separate beds and not have sex.”

Grace, who is 22, was informed of the LVPD’s decision over the weekend. She was irritated to learn that her case was dismissed before detectives analyzed the results of the physical exam—also called a “rape kit”—she was given less than 24 hours after the alleged attack.

Grace said the detective, Jillian Casper, told her the exam was irrelevant for two reasons: Moran didn’t deny having sex with her, and it would be impossible to determine whether the vaginal and anal tears she sustained came from Moran or a scene partner from her shoot earlier that day.

When Grace expressed her displeasure with the decision, she said Casper told her she should “find another job.”

“She was so cold and rude,” Grace said of Casper. “She was like, ‘I feel bad if I hurt your feelings, but I also really don’t.’ I feel like I wasn’t taken seriously because I’m a sex worker.

“What happened in that hotel room had nothing to do with porn. It had to do with a man—my agent, a guy who I thought I could trust—getting drunk and taking advantage of me while I kept telling him to stop.”

Casper could not be reached at her office Monday and she did not respond to an interview request via email.

Moran, 46, could also not be reached. The agent has been under fire ever since Grace went public about the alleged rape, first on her social media accounts and then during an interview with PornCrush.

More than 10 models—both former and current—have contacted PornCrush in the past week to describe disturbing and often dangerous interactions with Moran, with most of them occurring while Moran is intoxicated.

One performer said Moran pulled a knife on her and her boyfriend during a drunken rage. A male performer suffered a broken collarbone when a playful living room wrestling match with Moran turned violent. Two performers said they feared for their life as an inebriated Moran drove them to set. And numerous models have said Moran routinely requests sexual favors from both male and female talent on his roster.

At times Moran claims he is gay, sources said. Other times he says he’s bisexual.

“Robert tried to fuck me last year,” a former male talent at 101 said. “He’s so fucked up all the time, he doesn’t remember half the shit he says or does. The guy is total a mess. It’s crazy to think he was my agent.”

No incident involving Moran—who founded 101 Modeling in 2011—appears as alarming as the one allegedly experienced by Grace. And as gut-wrenching as it was for her to come to grips with the LVPD’s decision, she realizes that, based on statistics, the odds of her case moving forward were slim.

The numbers are indeed staggering.

According to the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN), only 13 out of every 1,000 instances of rape get referred to a prosecutor, and only seven of those 13 end with a felony conviction.

Another study by BYU addresses situations like Grace’s more specifically when it states: “Police officers and prosecutors are aware of the difficulty of proving non-consent and will dismiss cases they don’t believe will fare well in court. Out of the cases that do get reported, an average of 86 percent were never forwarded from police to prosecutors, and prosecutors are quick to dismiss cases that have a low chance of winning.”

Still, Grace said she was determined to seek justice after Moran allegedly raped her at the Flamingo on Wednesday, Feb. 5. Grace said Moran—whom she’d known since joining 101 Modeling in 2022—had driven her from Los Angeles to Las Vegas that morning for a shoot and that they had gone bar-hopping after she finished her scene.

Grace said Moran initially booked a two-bedroom suite at the Flamingo for four nights, as they had planned to relax in Sin City until Sunday. But during check-in, when the front desk clerk offered to upgrade him to a bigger suite, Moran accepted. Even though the room only had one bed.

Grace told Moran she’d be comfortable with the arrangement as long as he knew she was not going to have sex with him.

“OK,” Grace recalls Moran telling her. “I won’t make any moves on you. You can sleep in the bed and I’ll sleep on the couch.”

Grace said the vibe quickly changed the moment she and a drunken Moran returned to the room after having drinks and walking The Strip. Within seconds of the door shutting behind them, Grace said Moran asked her to take off her clothes because he wanted to see her naked. She said she didn’t think much about the request, as adult stars are accustomed to being nude in front of people they aren’t necessarily going to have sex with.

“Within seconds,” Grace said, “he started touching me. He wasn’t just making a move sexually; he was making a move romantically, telling me he wanted to give me his car and that he wanted me to be his girlfriend.

“I reminded him how we had established that we weren’t going to fuck, but within 10 minutes he was on top of me, sticking his fingers in my ass. I’d tell him to stop and then he would switch to his (penis).

“He kept moving my hands away (from my privates) and saying, ‘I’m not going to rape you. I just want to fuck you. Please, just let me fuck you one time so I can say that I fucked you.’ He was begging.”

Grace said Moran made subsequent attempts to have sex with her throughout the night and into the morning—penetrating her digitally multiple times, she alleges—but she was able to fend him off until 6 a.m., when Grace demanded Moran cancel the next three nights at the hotel and drive her home.

About two hours after they arrived at Moran’s residence, where Grace had rented a room since November, Grace contacted the Los Angeles Police Department. A detective met her at a nearby Starbucks and transported her to the police station, where Grace filed a report before physicians performed a rape kit. The results were forwarded to the Las Vegas police, but now the case has been dismissed before they were even analyzed.

Even though Moran won’t be charged, Grace said she doesn’t have any regrets about filing a police report against him or about going public with her accusations.

“If I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t change a thing,” she said. “There was no gray area. It happened. I was raped … point, blank, period. I did what everyone should do in that situation.”

Grace said she’s glad her actions prompted others to speak out about their negative experiences with Moran, exposing an agent she believes is unsafe for the industry and has gone unchecked for far too long.

“People need to know these things—we can’t stay quiet,” Grace said. “If anything, do it for your own mental health. I feel like it would’ve really affected me if I had bottled everything up and kept everything inside. I needed to do it to move forward.”

And that’s exactly what Grace intends to do.

Once she feels ready—both mentally and physically—Grace intends to resume a shooting schedule that had been gaining steam in the weeks before the alleged attack.

Multiple scene partners and directors—including Mike Adriano—had spoken highly of Grace’s professionalism and performance after recent shoots and were already making plans to have her back on set.

Grace, who is seeking new representation, said she’s been overwhelmed by the support she’s received over the past few weeks.

She said multiple performers have left 101 Modeling in the wake of her accusations.

“The response has all been so positive,” Grace said. “I don’t want to have a ‘victim mentality.’ I know people outside the industry will see me shooting again and think I’m a whore for getting fucked again after such a dramatic thing happened.

“But I love this industry. Until a few weeks ago I’d hadn’t had one negative experience with any male in this industry. This is where I belong. Being on set is going to be the best way for me to heal.”
