Midway through last month’s XBIZ awards show, when Jennifer White took the stage to present a trophy, Mark Spiegler turned to a group of his models and spoke softly.
“Can you believe she’s never won an award?” the agent whispered. One month later, Spiegler still remembers the reaction when he divulged the little-known fact.
“Everyone’s jaw kinda dropped,” he said. “It was like, ‘How is that even possible?’”
White is convinced her fortunes will soon change—and she believes Spiegler is the man who can help make it happen.
White told PornCrush this week that she has accepted an invitation to join the Spiegler Girls roster. A 17-year porn veteran, White is convinced the guidance provided by Spiegler—an AVN Hall of Famer—and George Jiries will put her in a better position to have success during awards season in 2026.
“In terms of booking, I don’t know if things are going to change very much,” White, 37, says. “But I think they’ll help with all the little things that are important. The strategy, the timing, the political game … all the stuff I’ve never focused on before.
“I just so thankful this happened, because I’ve been wanting to be with them forever.”
White said Spiegler and Jiries extended the offer after she met with them at Spiegler’s apartment early last week. The two sides had actually spoken years ago, shortly after White’s debut in 2011. Still in her early 20s, White says she wasn’t in the right headspace to join the prestigious agency at that time.
“He backed away and I respected that,” she said. “I had my own issues going on and I needed to grow. I repaired my reputation and I’m thriving now. It’s unavoidable for people to see that.”
Indeed, even though she may not have the hardware to show for it, White has long been regarded as one of the adult industry’s top performers, and she seems to have elevated her game even more during the 2020s.
Whether she’s shooting a hardcore anal or double-penetration scene, thriving in an acting role or slithering sensually in a classic boy-girl shoot, White is incapable of bad performance. With a toned frame that complements her 34DD chest and picturesque posterior, she looks healthier and hotter than ever. And when it comes to drive and determination, few performers can match White’s work ethic.
White estimates she shot more than 80 scenes in 2024 and has surpassed the 1,100 mark for her career.
The addition of White is a huge boost for an agency that already boasts the most high-profile roster in porn. Just last month, Anna Claire Clouds was named Female Performer of the Year by AVN and XBIZ while Gal Ritchie was awarded the Best New Starlet trophy by both companies. White arrives with her own distinction, too—but it’s one Spiegler hopes will soon change.
“She’s the most overlooked performer in porn,” he says. “She should already have a ton of awards.”
White did win her first-ever statue at XBIZ Awards last month—less than an hour after Spiegler made mention of her empty trophy case—for Best Sex Scene - Vignette. But she was shut out once again by AVN.
According to IAFD, White has received 22 nominations from AVN since 2011, and that doesn’t include the fan-voted categories, where she’s perennially included in the “Most Spectacular Boobs” and “Most Amazing Ass” categories.
“I never really put too much into awards in the past,” White says. “I never played the game and did what you’ve got to do to win awards, so I was always just excited to be nominated. I’d see my name and think, ‘That’s cool.’
“But now I’m really focused on it. I want to see if I can actually win some.”
Even before she became a Spiegler Girl, White had lined up projects that should turn heads in 2025. Elegant Angel has booked her for a six-scene showcase for which she will have full creative control. And she’s currently filming “Once Upon a Time in the Valley,” Seth Gamble-directed feature for Wicked that features White in the first lead role of her career.
“We’ve only shot two days out of the seven, but I feel great about it,” White says. “People are giving me lots of compliments.”
White said she’s made a list of each AVN and XBIZ category for which she hopes to earn nominations. She said her goal is to film at least five nomination-worthy scenes for each of them.
“I’m even contacting the directors I think will do the best job of bringing those scenes to life,” White says, “and I’m putting my own money into it, if need be, just to make it perfect.
“I don’t think I’ve ever been more motivated than I am now. I’ve never had a game plan like I do now. In the past I was just accepting jobs and having fun and making money. The game is a lot different when you’re doing it for awards.”
The biggest part of White’s game plan, of course, was accomplished earlier this month when she hired the most-respected agents in the business.
“We went over the breakdown of what I want to do this year,” White says of her meeting with Spiegler and Jiries. “I think they’re impressed with how much effort I’m putting into my goals and of how much knowledge I’ve accumulated and applied.
“It’s going to be a good collaboration with them. I feel really good about it.”
