LAS VEGAS—The seeds were sown in a locked makeup room in the fall of 2023.
Adult icon Kimmy Granger—who had just made her return to porn after a four-year hiatus—was preparing for a boy-girl scene with Seth Gamble for the Wicked movie “Fantasia” when she was introduced to production manager Tiffany Ray.
The vibe was instant.
The two started talking and laughing—even “cackling,” Granger says—as if they were longtime friends. When an equipment malfunction forced a three-hour delay in shooting, Granger and Ray went into the makeup room, flipped the deadbolt, and continued to gab nonstop.
Throughout the following year, the relationship continued to blossom.
“I’ve gotten so close with Tiff,” Granger says. “I literally trust her with my life. She’s like a mom to me.”
And now an agent, too.
Granger told PornCrush this week that she has signed with InVision Models, the agency Ray launched with Kristen Kay in January of 2024 after Ray left the production side of the industry.
Landing Granger is the biggest coup yet for InVision, and it has been surging in recent months with the addition of Jane Wilde, Nicole Aniston, Leah Gotti, Honey Gold, and other big-name talent.
“Kimmy is a powerhouse,” Ray says. “She’s not lacking in any department. In talking with her, it’s obvious she’s motivated and eager to do amazing things in 2025 and beyond.”
Granger’s intention to resume a full-time shooting schedule isn’t just good news for InVision. It’s a win for the entire adult industry, as Granger has long been one of porn’s most recognizable and popular stars.
Granger, 29, has appeared in more than 500 scenes since her debut in 2015. Her 2017 tryst with Chad White for New Sensations—entitled “Kimmy Granger Likes it Rough”—is the 10th most-watched video in the history of PornHub with more than 126 million views. The petite, 5-foot-1 Granger is also generally regarded as the best dick rider in the history of porn.
Granger shot sparingly in 2024 but earned two AVN nominations—Best Supporting Actress and Best Three-way Sex Scene—for her work in Digital Playground’s “Gold Diggers.”
“I’m ready to throw myself back in again,” Granger says. “I have no idea how much I’m going to want to shoot. I just know that whatever I do, I want it to be on my own terms and that’s why I’m with Tiff.
“She will allow me the space to make whatever choices I want. She’s not going to push anything. She’s not like one of those agents that’s going to pressure me to do something I don’t want to do. I don’t trust anybody else to help me with my brand more than InVision.”
Granger said her focus in 2025 will be less on quantity and more on quality. Don’t expect an 80- or 100-scene year from the San Diego native. Instead, she’s seeking bookings for high-end feature films and projects with the top studios in the business. Sure, there will be a handful of one-off scenes—she’s shooting for Ricky’s Room on Feb. 2—but they will only be with industry titans.
Granger is also expanding her menu to include anal, double-penetration and gangbangs.
“All the things I’ve been wanting to do but have never done before,” she says. “ I want to do those things, but I have different ideas of how I want to do them, like in features and fun projects. I don’t want to just do an anal here or a DP there. I want to combine them into one big special project.
“I have this vision of how I want to do it. I’ve just got to find the right company that’s willing to put out the budget and do it with me and collaborate with me.”
Granger's biggest goal in 2025 is to land a showcase, ideally with Digital Playground.
“Aylo has all of my favorite male performers,” she says. “I almost don’t want to do the showcase if I can’t do it with Digital Playground.”
Ray is committed to making a showcase come to fruition.
“That’s my main focus,” Ray says. “I just want to make sure it's with the right company because she does have her own ideas. I don’t want someone to say, ‘Oh yeah, we’ll do that,’ and then they don’t. My focus is making sure it’s everything she wants and more.
“She’s a phenomenal actress, which is apparent by her noms for Gold Diggers. She is one of the most professional people in the industry. She comes exceptionally prepared and with an amazing attitude. She’s friendly with the cast, the crew. She brings this energy to set that is mind blowing. She’s happy to be there. She looks forward to each shoot.”
As successful and popular as she’s been, Granger—somehow—has never won an AVN award, so accomplishing that feat would be the cherry on top of what she hopes is a productive 2025.
Whatever happens, she knows she’s in good hands moving forward.
“One of the best things about InVision is that it’s a female-run agency,” Granger says. “In the event, there was something that needed to be addressed with one of the models, it feels so much better coming from a woman’s perspective and from someone who is as loving and caring as Tiff and Kristen as opposed to a (male) saying, ‘Hey, you’re too fat. You need to lose weight. You need to change your hair. You’re not good enough or pretty enough.’
“Tiff comes from a place of love and compassion that could never be equaled. She and Kristen are changing the way agencies are run, and I think it’s beautiful.”
