Male talent Oliver Flynn was sentenced to 18 months’ probation Tuesday after pleading guilty to assaulting performer Maddy May during an Aug. 15 altercation at her home in Colorado.

Flynn pleaded guilty to third-degree assault in an act of domestic violence. He was ordered by Douglas County (Colo.) Court to undergo a domestic violence evaluation and comply with any additional recommendations that may follow.

The judge agreed to transfer Flynn’s supervision to Michigan, where he is a resident. Flynn had been living in May’s home since February. They had been dating since November.

“I would like to be far away from this,” Flynn, who was accompanied by his father, told the judge. “I only moved here for her. I’d like to move back to my dad’s farm and do my probation there. I’m sorry that the court has had to deal with this.”

May told PornCrush on Aug. 15 that six police officers arrived at her home near Denver at approximately 12:30 p.m. after she locked herself in her bedroom while Flynn went on a verbal rampage that left her “terrified.” Flynn eventually punched through the door and forced it open, slamming it into May’s side and leaving her with bruises on her legs as she hunched over and cried in pain.

May, who provided a video of the incident to PornCrush, said she went outside and called police, then waited with a concerned neighbor until officers arrived and arrested Flynn.

Reached Tuesday by PornCrush, May said she was relieved to put the situation behind her and move forward.

“Enduring all of the abuse I did over the last eight months really took a toll on me,” May said. “My mental health, questioning my own sanity and reality—some of the darkest days I’ve had all from someone I truly loved while just wanting him to love me.

“As it was getting worse and worse, friends worried for my life, and so did I. Calling the cops and hearing him say 'I’m guilty’ helped me stop living in terror. I’m no longer scared. I’m happier. I’m healing.

“The amount of support I’ve had from friends created the safety I begged him to give me for months. I love everyone who’s supported and been here for me. And to the man who decided I was worth hurting, I hope you get the help you need & the karma you deserve. And to all the ladies, standing up for yourself is strong.”
