Approximately 80 female performers gathered at a lavish, 6500-square-foot mansion Sunday afternoon in Encino for PornCrush’s First Annual Media Day/Networking Event.

With nearly 20 journalists scattered throughout the property, the industry’s top talent spent nearly six hours being photographed and interviewed by the most-respected media members in porn.

Dean Capture and Gustavo Turner snapped gorgeous still photos in private rooms upstairs. Rick Garcia manned the red carpet in the driveway while Jeff Koga set up a backdrop in the living room. Banksie and Javi Mac conducted interviews on couches while Jay David, James Avalon, and Flightlife Mars captured the vibe outside by the pool. Halston and MaxShotIt zipped around the property filming reels—including some shot with an underwater camera—while performers took advantage of an open bar, light snacks, and ring lights to do TikTok videos.

“The turnout was incredible, the energy was high, and the vibes were upbeat,” PornCrush editor/owner Austin King said. “It’s safe to say everyone who attended is stocked up on social media content until the end of the summer.”

During breaks from shooting, performers had the opportunity to network with 15 A-list directors — including James Avalon, Seth Gamble, Ricky Johnson, Craven Morehead, and Cherry Kiss — who were on hand to familiarize themselves with up-and-coming talent. New performers were also excited to meet and receive advice from veteran performers they had admired before entering the industry.

“PornCrush takes special pride in elevating talent—especially new talent—and creating a sense of community,” King said. “This can be a very competitive industry, and now and then, that competition can lead to cattiness. Hopefully, Sunday’s event was a reminder that, at the end of the day, everyone is in this together and fighting the same fight.

“For six hours, it truly felt like one big family.”

King said Sunday’s event would not have been possible without the help of Banksie, Claudia Ross, and Tiffany Ray, all of whom contributed extensively to the planning and execution. And he thanked Doc Johnson for providing sex toys for the gift bags, which included PornCrush tank tops, bath bombs, eye masks, and lip masks.
