Five years into her porn career, doors keep opening for Lilly Bell.

Not just metaphorically.

But physically, too.

Bell on Monday added some spice to her sparkling resume with the release of “Lilly Bell: Anal Debut,” a sizzling backdoor romp with Mick Blue for Brazzers that’s already garnering glowing reviews.

A two-time AVN Performer of the Year nominee, Bell initially hoped to shoot her first anal scene in 2023, but a medical issue forced her to postpone plans until now.

“I feel like (shooting anal) is part of anyone’s journey who wants to check off all the boxes in porn,” Bell told PornCrush Monday. “I always knew I’d go down this path to see if I could be an anal queen. It’s something I’d always wanted for myself. I just wanted to wait until I was old enough and mature enough to handle it.”

The scene—filmed under the guidance of A-list Brazzers director Lea Lexis—features Bell as an aspiring ballet dancer hoping to impress Blue, her instructor, during an audition. Irritated by her lack of enthusiasm, Blue opts to take a more hands-on approach with Bell, showing her how to move more freely and sexually.

“I was trying to prove my passion to him,” Bell says. “Anal turned out to be the best way to do that.”

The scene’s theme was a bit sentimental for Bell, who excelled in ballet and other forms of dance as a teenager. Still, reliving those glory years on a porn set was a bit difficult following two days of anal prep.

“I haven’t done ballet since I was 15, so it was already a bit overwhelming,” Bell says. “I was trying to get through the whole ballet routine and I hadn’t eaten. The next day it wasn't my ass that hurt—it was my back.”

Bell chuckles.

“I didn’t expect it to go as well as it did,” she says. “I couldn’t believe how hard I got my ass pounded. Lea Lexis even said, ‘That was an amazing scene. It didn’t even seem like your first anal.’”

And overall, it wasn’t.

Bell says she grew comfortable with anal sex with a former boyfriend but halted the practice after the relationship ended about a year ago. Once she secured the booking with Brazzers, Bell began loosening herself up with dildos and even met up with friend/male talent Robby Echo for a practice round about a week before the shoot with Blue.

“I used a lot of dildos, but I needed a real penis,” Bell says. “For me, anal sex isn’t like riding a bike. You don’t just pick it back up. I had to re-stretch and re-train that muscle. It doesn’t come as easily for me as it does other girls.”

Bell says she sought advice from some of the industry’s top anal performers—Katrina Colt, Maya Woulfe, Charlotte Sins, Haley Reed, and Jane Wilde, among others—in the weeks before her scene.

Once it was time to shoot, Bell was ready. She says she came at least three times during her tryst with Blue.

“I enjoy it once I’m fully able to handle it,” Bell says. “In the beginning, I need to be a dead fish and allow (the penis) to enter. I just need to be a hole j and breathe and relax. Once I get past that point and it’s inside of me, I really start to like it.

“Having an orgasm during anal sex is a very intense feeling. It’s different from your vagina. Having them happen in both places is a pretty crazy feeling. I can’t even describe it.”

Bell says her fans can expect more tushy-themed shoots in 2025. She eventually wants to dabble in double-penetration scenes, too—a demonstration of versatility that could leave Bell poised for her first showcase.

“A friend of mine told me a year ago that people that don’t do anal shouldn’t be nominated for Performer of the Year,” Bell says. “I remember thinking, ‘That’s not true.’ But after I shot my scene with Mick, I called her and said, ‘Remember what you told me last year? I agree with you now.’”
